TERMS OF SALE
Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through metadragons.world by consumers and businesses.
How a contract is formed
Placing items in the cart is not an order. The contract comes into effect when I confirm your order by e-mail or dispatch the goods.
Prices and payment
All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG no VAT is shown separately.
Payment is handled by Stripe: card, PayPal, Klarna and SEPA direct debit. Goods are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Original art
Original pieces may occasionally be listed. Once sold the listing is removed; if two orders arrive simultaneously the earlier payment wins and the later one is refunded in full.
Copyright
All artwork, characters and text remain my property. Buying a book, print or PDF does not transfer any reproduction, resale or commercial-use rights.
Withdrawal and liability
The statutory right of withdrawal applies as described under Shipping & returns.
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where statutory warranty rights or injury to life, body or health are concerned.
